Donald Trump's office told Just the News on Friday that the classified materials the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago estate were declassified under a "standing order" while he was president that allowed him to take sensitive materials to the White House residence at night to keep working.

The official statement is likely to become the focus of the president's legal defense as the FBI and Biden Justice Department investigate whether he stole records covered under the Presidential Records Act or mishandled classified materials under the Espionage Act, allegations included in a search warrant released by a federal court in Florida on Friday.

The president's defense is rooted in the legal principal that the president and vice president are the ultimate declassifying authority of the U.S. government and through executive orders most recently issued in 2003 by George W. Bush and Barack Obama in 2009 that specifically exempt the president and vice president from having to follow the stringent declassification procedures every other federal agency and official must follow.

Trump has maintained for weeks that any documents still containing classified markings in his possession after he left office were previously declassified. On Friday night, the statement issued to Just the News explained exactly how that declassification occurred in his mind.

I have addressed the completely racially motivated charges against former Louisville Police Department (LPD) Detective Brett Hankison, now I will review the charges against Joshua James and Kyle Meany.

The two detectives with LPD were in charge of the investigation involving Breonna Taylor and Jamarcus Glover, her former boyfriend and known drug dealer. As usual, the CRD ignores the underlying crime, drug trafficking by blacks, which increasingly involves black women as accessories to their boyfriends’ trafficking schemes.

Glover’s involvement in drug dealing is beyond question, so it is studiously ignored by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division (CRD). That is par for the course. In almost every criminal case involving the CRD there is an underlying crime that shall not be mentioned when investigating, charging, and in press releases, and that crime usually involves black criminality.

In the case of Breonna Taylor, she was just stupid. Unable to hold a regular job, she relied on affirmative action to be hired at various jobs, but never stuck around for long, jumping from job to job. She did like cohabitating with men though, and thoroughly enjoyed working with Glover in his drug sales schemes.

Humanity is falling into chaos. We can no longer even talk to each other — not just because the US is divided and angry to the point of talking about civil war but because words and concepts clearly understood by all people for millennia have in mere years been stripped of their meanings.

First we chose our sexual preference, but then we chose our gender or pretended we can, even though our genetics, no matter what we do to our bodies continue to scream “male” or “female.” With that, basic words are losing all of their meaning. What does “women’s sports” now mean? Anything at all? What is a woman? The modern Western woman may now tell you she has no idea what a woman is even though she claims to be one.

Before long, the first Black woman on the Supreme Court will have to tell you she also has no idea what “Black” is and cannot tell Black from White because she is “not a biologist.” That will happen because people will start declaring their race, regardless of their genetics, just as they have begun to do with their gender. After all, male/female is a vastly bigger, more basic level of categorization than race because it divides one half of the entire animal kingdom from the other, while race consists of many smaller categories and is only thought of in humans whereas among plants we would speak of “varietals.”

If you have followed my reporting you probably know about the protests happening in the Netherlands. Tens of thousands of farmers have taken to the streets to protest against new climate goals which will force farmers to shut down their farms.

They have set hay bales on fire on motorways and dumped manure and even blocked supermarket distribution centers.

Around 1/5 of farms will be forced to shut down!

According to calculations done by the Finance ministry, a whopping 11 200 livestock farmers will be forced to shut down by the government to reduce nitrogen emissions in order to meet European environmental rules. Another 17 600 farmers would need to reduce the amount of animals they keep to meet these climate goals.

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe argued that it is "virtually impossible" to prosecute his onetime boss, former President Donald Trump, for alleged mishandling of classified material.

While chiding the FBI for "acting as the muscle" of the Democrats, the Trump-era spy chief hearkened back to Hillary Clinton's email situation and surmised that Trump possessed the "ultimate declassification authority," shielding him from liability.

"I thought, surely this is not about classified documents and the president being in possession of those. It has to be more than that because the Department of Justice and the FBI have already set a standard that makes it virtually impossible to prosecute a case like that," Ratcliffe told Fox Business's Larry Kudlow, who is another former Trump administration official.

The U.S. Consulate in Tijuana warned the public and government employees to avoid the area and seek shelter as violence and unrest erupted.

The U.S. Consulate tweeted that vehicles are being set ablaze, roadblocks are being set up, and there is heavy police activity occurring in Tijuana, Mexicali, Rosarito, Ensenada, and Tecate.

At this time, all U.S. government employees have been instructed to shelter in place.

The violence began on Thursday in a Ciudad Juarez prison when the Sinaloa Cartel, formerly led by infamous Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman,  and Los Mexicles began feuding, leading to a riot that left two dead and 16 injured, according to the Times of San Diego.

The violence then spread out of the prison and into the city streets of Juarez, where gang members killed an additional nine people, most of them civilians.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, the Arizona Democrat who single-handedly thwarted her party’s longtime goal of raising taxes on wealthy investors, received nearly $1 million over the past year from private equity professionals, hedge fund managers and venture capitalists whose taxes would have increased under the plan.

For years, Democrats have promised to raise taxes on such investors, who pay a significantly lower rate on their earnings than ordinary workers. But just as they closed in on that goal last week, Sinema forced a series of changes to her party’s $740 billion election-year spending package, eliminating a proposed “carried interest” tax increase on private equity earnings while securing a $35 billion exemption that will spare much of the industry from a separate tax increase other huge corporations now have to pay.

The bill, with Sinema’s alterations intact, was given final approval by Congress on Friday and is expected to be signed by President Joe Biden next week.

The reason psychologists were race-norming their IQ test was to not declare too many blacks retarded or demented on the grounds that being declared retarded or demented was a bad thing. But once it became a good thing to be declared demented, that attempt to be nice to blacks became racist.

Taliban fighters beat women protesters and fired into the air on Saturday as they violently dispersed a rare rally in the Afghan capital, days ahead of the first anniversary of the hardline Islamists' return to power.

Since seizing control on August 15 last year, the Taliban have rolled back the marginal gains made by women during two decades of US intervention in Afghanistan.

About 40 women -- chanting "bread, work and freedom" -- marched in front of the education ministry building in Kabul, before the fighters dispersed them by firing their guns into the air, an AFP correspondent reported.

Some women protesters who took refuge in nearby shops were chased and beaten by Taliban fighters with their rifle butts.

The demonstrators carried a banner which read "August 15 is a black day" as they demanded rights to work and political participation.

Iran's rulers bear responsibility for the attack against the British writer Salman Rushdie as the Islamic republic never repudiated a 1989 order issued by its founder calling for the novelist to be killed, activists and opponents charged Saturday.

While the fatwa issued by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini over Rushdie's novel "The Satanic Verses" has for some time not been part of daily discourse in Iran, the clerical leadership under his successor Ayatollah Ali Khamenei also did nothing to indicate it no longer stood and on occasions underlined the decree was still valid.

The multiple stabbing of Rushdie at an event in New York comes at an intensely sensitive time for Iran, as it considers an offer by world powers to revive the 2015 deal on its nuclear programme which would ease sanctions that have battered the economy.

During a period of relative thaw between Tehran and the West under former president Mohammad Khatami, ex-foreign minister Kamal Kharazi had in 1998 pledged that Iran would not take steps to endanger the life of Rushdie, who for years was in hiding.

Thousands of Syrians in rebel-held areas took to the streets on Friday to protest against a proposal from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu for reconciliation between the Syrian government and opposition.

Turkey has fervently opposed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, backing rebels calling for his removal and opening its doors to refugees.

Cavusoglu's comments were seen as an apparent easing of Ankara's long-standing hostility towards Assad's government and enraged the Syrian opposition and rebel groups.

Syrians took to the streets after Friday prayers in major northern cities including Azaz, Al-Bab and Afrin, which are under the control of Turkish forces and their Syrian supporters near the Turkish border.

MSNBC contributor and historian Michael Beschloss posted a tweet on Thursday evening recounting historical figures who had been executed for sharing U.S. nuclear secrets with foreign governments, and a former CIA chief shared the post with his own approving tweet.

Conservative commentator Jerry Dunleavy accused Beschloss of "suggesting that Trump should be executed," considering it was posted just after the Washington Post piece speculating that the FBI had raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate to find missing nuclear documents.

The Washington Post exclusive from Thursday afternoon attempted to offer more details as to what the FBI was searching for at Mar-a-Lago on Monday, as Attorney General Merrick Garland remained tight-lipped about it in his address to the nation.

In crisis after crisis, Western narrative control kicks into overdrive to shift blame, whitewash culprits, or make sure inconvenient lines of questioning are never pursued

Soon after US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s recent descent on Taiwan, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, called out Nicholas Burns, America’s ambassador to China, for “keeping an embarrassed silence” regarding the “insolent stunt.”

The silence was quite a change from how vocal Burns had been a mere month prior at the World Peace Forum in Beijing, where he demanded that China stop relaying “Russian propaganda” by “accusing NATO of starting” the conflict in Ukraine. He used the opportunity to accuse the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson of “telling lies about American bioweapons labs, which do not exist in Ukraine.”

But that was then and this is now in the West’s ‘rules-based order’, where each occasion requires a new set of rules. Thus, it goes without saying that, for the time being, Burns will also keep an ‘embarrassed silence’ about another potentially tectonic event – the latest, even more damning statement regarding alleged US-run biolabs in Ukraine made by the Russian Defense Ministry on August 4. Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, said Moscow was assessing the possibility of US involvement in the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as investigating US-funded research of various other pathogens.

The now officially ‘communist’ far-left is having a hissy fit over Breitbart doxing the names of a couple of the FBI agents who stormed the President’s house Mar-a-Lago on Monday.  Yet they are happy when this happens to Conservatives.

The far-left is complaining that Breitbart released a document from the Mar-a-Lago raid on Monday that shows the names of a couple of the FBI agents who led the raid.

On Friday, the authorities released the search warrant filed to search former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. That warrant was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and was issued last week.

According to the warrant the FBI was on a fishing expedition hoping to find ANYTHING incriminating against the cleanest American President in US history.

After six years of investigations, harassment, leaks and conspiracies the wicked DC establishment has yet to uncover ONE SINGLE ACT that President Trump took that broke US law.

By now you’ve seen the federal government’s classy help-wanted ads seeking new recruits for the Internal Revenue Service.

The list of qualifications is quite interesting.

These recruits must be willing to carry a firearm and “use deadly force, if necessary.” And not just any firearm. As you’ll see later in this article, they want to impress you with a grand display of shock and awe.

I’m not sure how often your typical IRS agent faces scenarios that require them to fire on a fellow American with deadly force, but apparently the Biden administration anticipates this being a more frequent occurrence than in the past.

Florida federal magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart, the Jeffrey Epstein-linked judge who signed off on the raid of Trump's Mar-a-Lago home, is a victim of anti-Semitism according to Politico.

The Miami Herald reported in 2019 that Reinhart went from prosecuting Jeffrey Epstein with kid gloves to representing his accused accomplices in one year and helped them "receive federal immunity for allegedly trafficking underage girls."

As The Daily Mail reported:

Reinhart was made a magistrate judge four years ago after spending 10 years in the private sector where he worked with Epstein's staff.

Today’s successful SpaceX Falcon-9 launch of 46 Starlink satellites from Vandenburg Space Force Base in California follows hard on the heels of this past Tuesday’s launch of 52 Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral, Fla. It’s the second of seven launches scheduled this month as SpaceX continues to relentlessly expand its global internet network.

Fully reusable Falcon-9 first-stage boosters are retrieved immediately after launch, and the process of refurbishing begins even before the payloads reach their final orbits. With a ready inventory of affordable and reusable rockets, SpaceX has increased its launch cadence over three short years from monthly to weekly and now every few days. Averaging fifty satellites per launch, that’s a lot of metal in low Earth orbit.

And that’s just from SpaceX. Although Elon Musk pretty much owns low Earth orbit, not to mention more than half of all functional satellites orbiting Earth (Starlink will account for over 3,000 by the end of this month), there are other players. Dozens of space agencies and communications conglomerates are actively placing and expanding their own orbital networks.

The FBI shocked America this week by raiding Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago. This unprecedented move astonished Republicans and conservatives and united them behind Trump. Even the average Fox News Talking Head sees the raid as an outrageous abuse of power [Supporters, GOP lawmakers rally behind Trump amid FBI search, CBS News, August 10, 2022]. But Trump is not the only victim of America’s ongoing  communist coup. The Biden Regime increasingly uses its legal powers at the bidding of its hysterical coalition of activists, who demand that it imprison their enemies. American patriots must awake to the danger posed by the communists’ control of the Department of Justice.

FBI agents seem to have been looking for classified documents linked to nuclear weapons during their raid of former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort on Monday, according to a report.

Sources told the Washington Post that such classified information was among the items agents looked for in the search but declined to speak about any other materials that may have been sought. It remains unclear whether they found any nuclear documents, but experts cited in the report said this adds credence to fears by government officials that they could be obtained by bad actors.

Late last year, government employees forged a copy of a license to buy hazardous, radioactive material. They created shell companies, then placed orders, generated invoices and paid two U.S.-based vendors.

The scheme worked. The employees successfully had the material shipped, complete with radioactive stickers on the side, then confirmed delivery.

But the workers were actually investigators from the Government Accountability Office, the congressional watchdog, and they were testing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s ability to regulate the sale and procurement of dangerous materials.

The act, and a subsequent report from the GAO, alarmed Rep. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y., who is now calling on the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to overhaul its licensing system as a way to avoid a national security disaster.

“Anyone could open a shell company with a fraudulent license to obtain dangerous amounts of radioactive material that could be weaponized into a dirty bomb,” Torres told Defense News in an interview on Wednesday. “Disperse radioactive material in a city as densely populated as New York, and it could cause catastrophic damage.”

On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “New Day,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the immediate impacts on inflation from the Inflation Reduction Act will be continuing Obamacare premiums that already exist right now and energy costs, although we’ll have to “get this bill passed, and then we’ll see how the mechanics and all of that’s going to work” on energy.

Co-host Brianna Keilar asked, “How does it bring it down right now, though? Americans need it right now.”

Jean-Pierre responded, “So, for ACA, those premiums, those 800 — about — average about $800 a month savings for Americans, that’s going to continue. That is something that we were fighting for for the past year. And so, you’ll have that. When you think about the energy costs and utility bills because of the investments that we’re making, that’s going to — they’re going to feel that right away.”

After Jean-Pierre re-iterated that people will feel the impact on energy costs “right away” Keilar asked, “How soon?”

Jean-Pierre answered, “Well, let’s get this bill passed, and then we’ll see how the mechanics and all of that’s going to work through. But those are things, specifically, that America’s going to feel right away. When it comes to lowering prescription drugs, that will be earlier in the year next year.”
